Getting in touch
For a technical or service issue, describe the page and when the problem occurred. For competition enquiries, include the tournament name or attempt identifier if available. Personal data requests can be sent to the same email address; the Privacy Policy explains how they are handled.
Do not include passwords, bank account details or identity document copies in an ordinary support request. Any information needed to fulfil a prize, and a suitable way to provide it, will be agreed separately with the winner.
