1. Organiser

The organiser of this tournament is Taivo Visnapuu, operating the AREN8 platform in Estonia. Contact: info@aren8.com.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to registered users aged at least 18, with a verified email, who may lawfully participate and receive a prize. This age restriction applies to this tournament, not the whole AREN8 platform.

3. Tournament period

Starts: 2026-09-24 15:00 UTC. Ends: 2026-10-01 15:00 UTC. All times are UTC and server time is authoritative. New attempts may start at the start time but not at or after the end time. A session created before the end has exactly 2 hours from its server-recorded start: a result may arrive after the tournament ends, but must reach the server before that session deadline. Submissions arriving at or after the deadline are not accepted. Refreshing, resuming or backgrounding does not extend it. Final ranking waits for in-flight attempts to resolve; expired sessions use the existing server verification of saved checkpoints.

Free entry For free entry, no purchase or deposit is necessary.

5. How to enter

Create an account, verify your email, read these rules and confirm your age and eligibility. Then start an attempt from the tournament page. Guest attempts do not enter the tournament leaderboard.

6. Attempt limit

Each participant has 5 attempts. An attempt is consumed when the server creates a game session. Refreshing does not restore it; an unfinished session may be resumed. Abandoned, expired and unverified attempts also count.

7. Game and scoring

The game rules displayed on the tournament page, the same starting state and the same game engine apply. The server calculates the score from the recorded game. A client-reported score does not determine the result.

8. Winner determination

The top three receive prizes in the existing verified-score order, using the tournament’s existing tie-break rules. Each participant can receive one prize.

9. Fair play

One person, one account. Multiple accounts to gain extra attempts are prohibited. Bots, macros, automation, score manipulation, request tampering and other unfair aids are prohibited.

10. Prize

Prizes: Prize for place 1: EUR 100.00; Prize for place 2: EUR 50.00; Prize for place 3: EUR 25.00. Total prize pool: EUR 175.00. If fewer than three eligible participants have verified results, only the occupied places receive prizes. An administrator may reassign a forfeited prize to the next eligible participant without an assigned prize; other prize amounts and the final leaderboard remain unchanged. The organiser pays the prize outside AREN8. It is not credited to your wallet.

11. Winner notification

The winner receives an in-app notification and, where possible, an email. The organiser contacts the winner using the verified email associated with the winning account.

12. Prize claim deadline

The winner must respond within 14 days of contact by the organiser. Reasonable information to confirm eligibility and complete payment may be requested. Non-response or ineligibility may lead to the next eligible verified participant receiving the prize, but only following an explicit admin decision. The 14-day response period starts with the organiser’s first contact, not the automatic winner notification.

13. Prize payment

The organiser pays manually by bank transfer or another lawful electronic payment method. The payment method will be agreed with the winner based on availability and applicable law. Only information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, identify the winner where needed, make payment and meet legal obligations may be requested.

14. Taxes and reporting

The prize is stated as Prize for place 1: EUR 100.00; Prize for place 2: EUR 50.00; Prize for place 3: EUR 25.00. The winner is responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax, declaration or reporting obligations that apply in the winner’s country or jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires the organiser to withhold, report or otherwise account for taxes or other mandatory charges, the organiser may do so as required by law. AREN8 does not provide individual tax advice.

15. Technical failures

An invalid or unverifiable result cannot receive a prize. If an AREN8 server-side technical failure spoils an attempt, an admin may restore it with a recorded reason. Restoration is audited; refreshing or abandoning does not automatically grant another attempt.

16. Disqualification

A breach of the rules, ineligibility or an invalid result may lead to disqualification and forfeiture. Selection of the next eligible winner requires admin confirmation and never happens automatically.

17. Geographic restrictions

Worldwide — where permitted by applicable law Participation and receipt of a prize are not permitted where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

18. Privacy

Only data needed for participation, score verification, contact, prize fulfilment and legal duties is processed. Bank account details and identity document copies are not stored in the AREN8 database. See the Privacy Policy.

19. Applicable terms and contact

20. Version and effective date

Version 1; effective 2026-09-24 07:20:28.000. Acceptance is recorded with the user, tournament, rules version and timestamp. A substantive rules change requires a new confirmation before the next attempt.
